A short let sits in the gap between a hotel and a tenancy: a real home, let by the night, week or month, ready to live in from the moment you arrive. Windsor is short-let country. What every short let includes
Every property comes fully furnished with a complete kitchen (pots, pans, crockery, the lot), washer-dryer, unlimited WiFi, TV, bed linen and towels. Gas, electricity, water and council tax are all inside the quoted rate. Most properties offer parking, and several — like our Greenwich Court three-bed — are ground floor with step-free access. What counts as a short let?
Anything from a couple of nights up to about six months, fully furnished, with bills included and no tenancy referencing. Beyond six months we can still help — longer arrangements are handled case by case.
Do your short lets include bills and council tax?
Yes — gas, electricity, water, council tax, unlimited WiFi, linen and towels are all included in one price. You never open a utility account or receive a bill.
Can I extend if my completion date slips?
Almost always. Extensions are the most common request we get, and with fifty-plus properties we can usually keep you in your apartment or move you a few streets away if yours is booked.
Are pets or children a problem?
Children are welcome everywhere, and several of our properties accept pets — tell us when you enquire and we'll shortlist the right ones.
