Is booking direct actually cheaper?
Usually, yes. You skip the guest service fee that platforms add at checkout, and our direct rates are always our best rates. On a week-long family stay the difference is typically the price of a very good dinner out.
Do you offer self check-in like an Airbnb?
Yes — key safes and arranged access are available across the portfolio, with arrival details sent before your stay. The difference is that a staffed office backs it up if anything goes sideways at 6pm on a Friday.
Are your properties on the platforms too?
Some are, because that's where many guests start looking. But identical dates always cost the same or less booked direct, and direct guests come first for extensions and special requests.
